Smashingmagazine.com is website with full of graphic resources for graphic designer. it contains many graphical  inspirations from many websites such as:Adobe Photoshop Tutorials,Amazing Website Templates,Best Web Hosting Provider,Professional web services, Website templates,CSS layouts and menus,Free JavaScript codes,Web Directory & WP Themes.

They also encourage the member and visitors to donate graphical resources in event like last month with theme: "Smashing Texture Contest". when the results were announced I was quite surprised with one of the contestant because it came from Indonesia.
